Spring Break to Mexico 2016 - 4

Another day at the work site went as well as we could have hoped. Cooler weather in the morning help lend to a great start with stucco and finishing the block gable ends. By the end of the work day the exterior stucco is all done and all of the blocks for the house are set! We have had a chance to get to know the family who we are building the house for which makes the experience much more meaningful. Dinner was prepared by the "New Beginnings Women's Association". Dorothy, the Founder of New Beginnings shared the amazing story of  how she started the shelter.  Many children and women have their lives drastically  changed because of this organization.
