Last April, a 7.9 earthquake hit the country of Nepal and the Church of God responded. Using funds that came in from our churches in the US, South Korea, Japan and Germany, we were able to send Amos Moore and his team from Meghalaya, India to Nepal. They worked with our pastors there to deal with urgent needs and assess and plan for reconstruction of our damaged churches and the surrounding neighborhoods. That team has been back two more times, aiding in many different ways and in a variety of locations. These are a few pictures of people receiving much needed roofing materials in the mountainous Himalaya region of Nepal.
